Previous senior roles include Practice Leader, Technology at Hudson and General Manager, Technology, QLD & NSW at Davidson, where he built and led some of the largest technology recruitment teams in Queensland.
A Certified Scrum Master with a solid technical foundation, Aaron has a track record recruiting from individual contributor through to CTO and VP-level engineering leadership. He is a passionate technologist actively involved in the Brisbane tech community.
